This is a list of all new boats that we currently have for sale, it also includes the Brightlingsea Magnum Launch that is built here between White Formula UK Ltd and ourselves at Brightlingsea Boat Park and Ride ltd. The Magnum is now built to order, there are many different specifications of boat available.

The Brightlingsea Magnum Launch boat can come in various levels finish from the basic boat. We can add for example twin bilge keels with keel bands, thwarts, rollocks and oars, various cleats and fairleads, we can also fit added grab handles to aid climbing aboard and for comercial users a towing post. These boats are plated for both categorys C and D

 

 

 We now have from the RYA the examination report confirming that this boat is suitable for both and private and commercial use.

We are stockist of the Base Marine Boats. These come in air floor, alloy floor and polyester floored boats with inflatable tubes. The tubes are a lot bigger than most boats of simular sizes givving much more stability when at rest and when your passangers are moving about. All boats have an outstanding seaworthines and a  great stability on the water.

The boats are built from heavy duty reinforced three layer PVC. The RIB`s have a double polyester floor offering excelent stability.

Tohatsu Inflatable Boats

With our association with Tohatsu Marine we can supply Tohatsu branded inflatable boats. Tohatsu Marine has joined forces with a premier inflatable manufacture to offer a comprehensive range  of boats, and engine packages at highly competitive prices. The versatile and rugged range of inflatables is suited to Tohatsu`s lightweight and durable outboard engines.

     Slatted Floor T250S   Inflatable boat 2.5m long x 1.5 m wide. Light weight boat easy to take to the waters edge.Comes complete with fitted two piece oars,seat, repair kit, pump and storage bag. one of our employee`s has one of these boats for getting out to his sailing yacht, and says the boat feels very stable and you feel safe when aboard, compaired to many other boats of simular size.

Fabric

All Tohatsu Inflatables use 1100 denier polyester fabric which has been specially coated on both sides with PVC. The fabric is completely air tight and highly resistant to tear and abrasionsas well as water, fuel and harmful sunlight. Tohatsu`s confidence in the fabric is reflected in a 3 year tube warranty.

Adhesive

Tohatsu seams are overlapped a full inch and reinforced with seam tape outside and inside for extra protection. The inner tubes stay airtight while protecting the tubes from sudden impacts. To maximise the bonding and adhesives Tohatsu use a polyurethane based glue. This offers high durability and protection to heat and salt water.

Baffles

The inter baffles on the Tohatsu boats not only keep individualair chambers completely sealed for safety, but they also have a flexible design which works to equalise air pressure between cone parts.

Plywood

Tohatsu inflatables use marine plywood which is specifically designed for marine applications. Marine plywood offers strong seals between the ply sections and also offers high durability against salt water. In addition marine plywood is coated with PU paint which delivers additional protection against sunlight, saltwater, fuel and oils.
