Used outboards
We some times get used outboards available for sale, more often than not they are only worth being used as an anchor. But somtimes there is a good one. We have two available at the moment .
Suzuki DT 50. This was traded against a fourstroke and needed a bit of work it is now ready for sale. 50hp two stroke twin cylinder, electric start, long shaft, and power trim. It comes with remote controlles, cables and fuel tank. It is the premix model unfortunatly – the fuel / oil mix is in the same tank and runs at a 50:1 mix.It actually starts very well indeed, which is unusual for a two stroke. The water telltail is strong and it has had a new impellor.The prop is in fair to good condition and should push you along at a fair pace £600
Mariner 40. This came of a rib and was exchanged for a new Suzuki. This was in perfect running order before removal the only draw back with this one is that it is pull start and has no power tilt. This engine is not owned by ourselves and is still in the original owners posession. This one also comes with remotes cables and tank. If you are interested in this one we can inform the owner and you candeal direct with him. The asking price is around £600
